The couple had owned the Charles Street home since 2000, when they bought it for $ 2.995 million.
The red brick townhouse measures three stories and spans approximately 4,182 square feet. It has a brown sandstone base and a hoop.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the couple sold the house for $ 15 million. The identity of the buyer was not disclosed, but it was purchased through a limited liability company.

The couple married in 1997 and have lived in New York City throughout their relationship.
The sale of the townhouse is a surprise, as it was not publicly listed.
Privately, however, there have been rumors of a sale of the townhouse for nearly a year.
The New York Post reported in January 2020 that the couple were leisurely shopping at the townhouse, which was built around 1905, without officially putting it on the market.
In the two decades they had the townhouse, Parker and Broderick significantly renovated it for millions of dollars.
This isn’t the first real estate move Parker and Broderick have made to New York City in recent years.

It is not known who bought the townhouse as the private buyer was not disclosed.
In 2016, they bought two townhouses on West 11th Street, which cost the couple $ 34.5 million. The two townhouses are combined to form a large mansion for the family.
Parker and Broderick have been married for over 23 years and share three children: son James and twin daughters Marion and Tabitha.
The couple were slated to star in the Plaza Suite’s Broadway revival from April 2020, but this has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new hope is that the rebirth will begin in March 2021, depending on when Broadway reopens.
