He has become the most famous designer in the world and has been presenting the new Chanel fashion house for 30 years in a new and glamorous way. Karl Lagerfeld, died Tuesday morning at age 85, in recent weeks.
Carl Lagerfeld has added a new concept of bold fashion and unique designs. His designs have appeared in many international films and contributed to the creative personality of the house in which he grew up. "Masrawy" monitors some of the information about his life in the following terms:
1. Karl Lagerfeld was born in 1933 in Hamburg, Germany.
His father played a key role in the development of his talent: he was born in the home of a wealthy family, his mother, Elizabeth, is a brilliant artist, a technical house that helped him develop his own skills.
He began his career at the age of 14, after deciding to settle in Paris, the camel's capital, and to participate in the winter coats competition. He won first place in the contest.
4. Shortly after, he worked full time with the French designer Pierre Palmein, a beginner, and remained in training for three years before becoming, in 1961, executive designer in another house.
5 – The design was continued in cooperation with an international fashion house such as Vande and Chanel, and is distinguished by its own style, especially in the line of fur coats and wedding dresses.
6. In 1980, Karl was a shining star in the world of fashion, because of his famous creations. His name has made a strong impression in the press and in fashion and fashion enthusiasts, with the help of his friend Andy Warhol.
