10 grams of Sudanese protect against bad memory

The risk of memory loss and dementia increases with age, but according to a new study, consuming 10 grams of sodium per day improves memory performance by 60% and protects against dementia. This protective benefit can be achieved by eating other types of nuts because their composition is the same as that which provides the necessary nutrients to the nerve cells.
The study was conducted at the University of South Australia and showed that the Sudanese contains anti-inflammatory agents that act on neurons, impairing the ability to think and memorize.
The study, published in The Journal of Nutrition, is based on a database of a Chinese study on aging involving 4,822 people over 55 years old.
The results showed that eating Sudanese not only prolongs age, but protects brain cells against cognitive decline and aging-related memory disorders.
