Okaz has observed 14 jobs in which the non-Saudi worker can not be employed. The recruitment of expatriates is classified among the offenses that require the imposition of penalties in accordance with the regulations of the labor law.
According to observers, the 14 posts prohibited to expatriates included: a senior human resources officer, a staff employee, a special security officer, a personnel officer, an employee, a follower, a director of labor and workers.
The list also confirmed that the jobs prohibited to expats include the following: receptionist, copyist or key repairer, personal relations manager, hotel receptionist, customs officer, staff specialist, receptionist, an underlining that none of the functions of these professions and jobs can be attributed to a non-Saudi worker, directly or indirectly, under any other title.
