The Ministry of Health, through the hospitals and health centers of Mecca, Madinah and the holy places, continued to provide high quality specialized services to pilgrims during the pilgrimage season this year (1440 h).
The ministry pointed out that the number of pilgrims who have benefited from specialized services in hospitals and health centers since the first day of the month of Dhul-Qa'da until the end of the tenth day of the month of Dhul -Hijjah reached (421852) pilgrims and needy and was (36) operated from open heart 779) cardiac catheterization, while (1998) dialysis and (103) laparoscopic operations, and (616) operations, while (3450) pilgrims and need of hospitals were registered (11) births.
Number of beneficiaries of the services of the mobile clinic until the morning of 10-12-1440 AH (18065) pilgrims and needs.
