Almeria has signed a two-year contract with the Albanian international Ivan Palio of Metz.
This agreement is the first of its kind in Spain in the second division of its new owner, Chancellor Turki Al-Sheikh.
The official account of Almeria has posted a photo on his Twitter account showing the signing by the player of the contract with Mohammed Jamal Al-Assi, the general manager of the club.
Turki Al-Sheikh, owner of the club, wrote on his Twitter account: "The first offers and the next stronger ones."
The player started his career in Barcelona in 2011, before joining Arauca in 2013, then Metz, who spent four years at the club.
