A security guard at a government hospital in Mecca managed to rescue the hospital from a fire that a psychopath almost caused by a pilgrim on pilgrimage.

According to Sabik, the security guard, Othman al-Awaidi, suspected a citizen of entering the outer door of the hospital. He held a gallon in his hand. He stopped him for the reason of his arrival and the citizen was baffled.

It became clear to Al-Awaidi that the citizen was suffering from psychological disorders. He therefore entrusted the security authorities to take the measures that were required.

Wael Mutair, general manager of Makkah Health, handed Al-Awaidi a certificate of thanks and money allowing him to prevent the entry of dangerous products for a psychiatric patient during the pilgrimage.
