The Ministry of Education announced the completion of the development of the procedures manual with the aim of improving the performance in schools, reduce the number of cases of jurisprudence, and the 39 avoid uneven procedures between schools and facilitate supervision and monitoring.
According to the information received, the development was carried out by a selection of Ministry staff, educational departments, offices and schools as part of improvement work, stability and control procedures within from the school, in order to achieve the desired goals, like other institutions.
The new guide aims to allocate responsibilities and activate tasks assigned to school staff, to increase the level of capacity to realize the vision of the school, to make the most of the available resources and to simplify and develop the working procedures and the formation of an institutional structure to meet the different needs. It defines the organizational links and their relationships.
