It was decided to entrust Walid Al-Attar with the position of Acting Executive Director of the Football Federation in the Interim Committee for the Management of Mountain Affairs, following the resignation of Tharwat Sweilem.
The five-member commission, which temporarily heads the Egyptian Football Federation until the end of the elections next year, has been approved by FIFA. Secondly, review the statutes of the federation in accordance with FIFA, as well as the statutes of the association and the conditions to be fulfilled by the candidates nominated for the federation elections during the next period.
General Tharwat Swelam, chief executive of the Football Federation, has resigned.
