The Ministry of Health has confirmed that walking 150 minutes a week helps prevent chronic diseases.
She explained that the person can apply the 150-minute rule in two ways, the first to walk 30 minutes a day five days a week and the second to walk fifty minutes a day three days a week.
Doctors are advised to walk regularly because of its role in controlling high sugar levels, burning calories, eliminating accumulated fat, maintaining heart health and arteries and promoting the body health in general.
