The center will cover a staging area of ​​up to 60,000 people and provide a wide range of health services, at a total cost of $ 24.84 million, based on preliminary estimates of King Abdullah's "Do It Good" program managed by the Islamic Development Bank. .

Under the agreement, the funds allocated to the Afghanistan Mobile Clinics project, provided by the Doer Good program, will be reallocated to the creation of the Heart Hospital Project and rural health centers to the the Afghan government, in accordance with the development priorities and health programs it needs.

After signing, the Bank President met with the Afghan President and discussed ways to develop relations between the two sides.
