After considering Act No. 93 of 2016 on the promulgation of the Law on the Media Union, Tamer Amin, the presenter of Akher El Nahar on Al-Nahar, is not registered in the union's register and does not have a temporary license to carry on activities in the media.
Saada said that the union had prevented Amin from carrying on any activity in the media until he settled his legal status by registering with the union and decided to go ahead with his work. inform the competent authorities against him because of his abuses.
The decision was taken following a lawsuit filed by the National Women's Council against Tamer Amin, accusing him of making fun of women's work in the episode where he had animated Rania Alwani.
On Sunday, the reporter was the subject of an investigation before the complaints committee of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, which coincided with the investigation with journalist Reham Said due to his taunting on overweight and obesity.
This decision came a few days after the Supreme Council decided to stop Reham Said from work, to suspend his program and to transfer him for investigation because of the violations committed, which led him to announce that he had been arrested. she was retiring from the arts and media sector.
