The Jeddah Administrative Court required a military authority to pay a scholarship payment to a retired security guard for a period of 30 years.

The security official had stated in his complaint that he had been appointed corporal in 1410 in Taif and had joined a military training institute for a year in Jeddah.

The retired security guard demanded that his former authority be obliged to pay for a full year, but the military representative refused in court.

The Department concluded that the safety officer was entitled to 75% of his basic salary during the claim period during the claim period.
