MADRID (Reuters) – Real Madrid midfielder Isco has joined the club's injured squad after suffering a tear in his right thigh, the club said on Wednesday.

"Following the medical exam performed Wednesday by Isco, he was diagnosed with a cramp at the right thigh muscle," the club said in a statement.

Real has not specified the duration of the absence of the player, pointing out that he is waiting for "the assessment of his condition".
