Xbox Live has encountered a number of problems and a sudden interruption at midnight as a number of applications running on the Microsoft platform collapsed.
Users complained about their inability to connect to Xbox consoles and disrupted access to certain games and other applications through Xbox One consoles.
Plex, Amazon Video, and Spotify were among the applications that users could not access during the problem, forcing the user to log on to the Xbox platform, while Netflix remained in operation and was not affected by the accident.
In terms of games, users were not able to play Fortnite and Destiny 2 because the disruption affected the Xbox Live service, where the connection is required for these games to work properly.
The problem lasted two hours before Microsoft, through its Xbox support account on Twitter, announced the resolution of the connection problem, while noting that the group discussions still had problems.
