The Human Rights Commission revealed that there were exceptions to the nationality requirement for social security.
The Commission stated that there are cases where security is paid by non-citizens, as follows:
1- The foreign woman is the wife of Saudi Arabia.
2- The foreign woman is the widow of the Saudi who has children of him.
3- Children of a Saudi widow married to a stranger.
Persons with disabilities and orphans who do not possess a nationality card in accordance with the Regulations implementing the social security system.
The Authority has stated that orphans, unattached women, unknown parents and their parents, "men or women" unable to work, elderly or without family support, are entitled to a guarantee.
