According to the British "Mirror" website, NASA has revealed some of the best images taken by the Spitzer Space Telescope, orbiting the sun since August 25, 2003.
The observatory uses infrared light to detect these spatial objects. The mission of the main telescope lasted five and a half years and ended when the liquid helium cooler needed to run two of its three instruments ran out, but its design allowed some of the third instrument to function for more than 10 additional years. The mission is scheduled to end on January 30, 2020.
