Al Ahli is engaged in negotiations with several Swiss coaches in order to lead the red team next season.
Despite press reports confirming Al Al Ahli's entry into negotiations with Rene Feller, Ahmed Thabet, analyst at Al Ahli, said that Al Ahmar had hired a Swiss coach who allegedly resulted in Mohamed Salah in Basel and that the official announcement would be made in a few hours.
Thabet added that Salah had been trained by the new coach of Al Ahli to show that the intention was not of René Feller, who had left before the arrival of Salah in Basel, but from the Swiss coach Murad Yakin.
