The Sony Xperia 2 phone's leakage images, which show us the design of the phone from different angles

Yesterday, we saw realistic images of the Sony Xperia 2 from Sony, a phone that should be officially unveiled at the IFA 2019 show to be held in the German capital, Berlin. In the meantime, we have received today new official leaked images of this phone, which show us Sony's next flagship phone from different angles.

Based on these new images, it is clear that the Xperia 2 will retain most of the design elements used in the current Xperia 1, with the exception of the rear camera position that has been changed in the upper corner left. When you look at the sides of the phone, you will notice that Sony has kept the position of the volume, power and camera buttons on the right side, as well as the fingerprint sensor.

These images also confirm that the Xperia 2 will feature a USB Type-C port with the speaker located at the bottom of the device and will lack a 3.5mm headphone port. In addition, these new images also confirm that the phone will be available in at least three colors, including blue, pink and black.

Last July, we had a leak that indicated that the Xperia 2 will have a screen with the same screen resolution as the current Xperia 1. We have also seen other rumors suggesting that the phone bears the name Xperia 1R and has a screen resolution of 5K. Overall, Sony is scheduled to hold its press conference at IFA 2019 on September 5th. We will have to wait to see if the rumors will continue until then.
