Zamalek midfielder Ayman Hefny signed a contract with the Egyptian clearing club for three seasons after buying the player at White Castle.

Ayman Hefny signed customs clearance contracts at the company's headquarters with Major General Mohamed Abdel Salam, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Abdel Bari, Vice President of the Club, Mohamed Magd, member of the Board of Directors, Dr Essam Serag, commercial investment manager of the club, and Magdy Ashour, member of the tendering committee.

The transfer of Ayman Hefny into the ranks of the clearing witnessed long and difficult negotiations, of nearly 25 days, and a state of tension and attraction between Essam Serag and Amir Mortada , general supervisor of the football sector in Zamalek, in light of the disagreement over certain terms of the contract and the mode of payment, as well as issues related to the final transfer of the player. The agreement was formally concluded as a result of direct contact between Major General Mohamed Abdel Salam and Zamalek's President Morteza Nassour. All the details of the player's affiliation to the clearance classes were agreed upon taking into account good relations between the two clubs.

Dr. Essam Serag received the waiver from Zamalek player and Walid Howaidi, the ball manager, allowed Ayman Hefny to be on the official list of the Football Federation team to participate with the team in the new season.
