The civil defense of the Mecca region announced today that it had found Ghadeer al-Banat missing by rescue teams belonging to Taif civilians.
Civil defense spokesman, Colonel Saeed Sarhan Al-Ghamdi, said the rescue and water rescue teams, with the direct involvement of a team of volunteers and the presence of the teams of Peace and Staff Volunteers, were able to find the missing, Ghadir al-Banat, after a search of almost five hours.
He added that the rescue teams at sea with volunteer teams supporting the civil defense were working in conditions of lack of visibility in the waters of Ghadeer, in addition to the fact that the land was mud, which made it difficult for them to look for and dangerous when diving in the depths of Ghadeer to a depth of more than 2 meters.
He added that rescue teams were able to locate the man after she found a woman last night after the death of her life, calling on God to protect them with mercy.
Sarhan pointed out that with the end of the search at the scene of the rescue incident, the bodies of the lady and the man had been handed over to the relevant police authorities of Taif province. who were the competent authority to do it.
Al-Ghamdi called on all citizens and residents to stay away from water rallies, not to take any risk in rescue operations and to inform the unified center of operations in Makkah Mecca. to 911 in case of emergency to move the teams involved and entrust the rescue work to preserve the safety of all.
