The Ministry of Health announced the results of the program measuring the patient experience. The patient satisfaction rate for health services reached 72.75% in the first half of 2019, compared with 70.23% in the second half of 2018.
The Ministry of Health stated that during this period, 138,000 questionnaires had been organized to cover all regions of the Kingdom during 18 treatment trips provided by the Ministry, including hospitals, specialized centers for kidneys, specialized oncology centers, sugar centers, home care, specialized dental centers, medical rehabilitation centers, premarital examination centers, blood banks.
