The Kingdom is preparing for the "biggest event in the world", with only 39 days to come.

The General Entertainment Authority, headed by Turki Al-Sheikh, has announced that the "Riyadh Season" would be "the biggest event in the world" this year, and would include 14 international events and a series of exclusive shows in the Saudi capital .

The Riyadh season is scheduled from October 11, 2019 to December 15, 2019.

This year's season will feature a host of celebrities such as Bruno Mars, Pitbull, John Legend and Alicia Keys.

It will also feature Jennifer Lopez, Farrell Williams, Aucher, Nikki Jam, Gwen Stephanie, Nicole Scherzinger, Akon, Gypsy Kings, Andre Reyes and DJ Martin Solvig.

The General Entertainment Authority is scheduled to hold concerts in many parts of Riyadh, including the King Fahd International Stadium.

The event, to be held at King Fahd International Stadium, will be "the largest entertainment event in the world," the agency said.

The Riyadh season will also include Creek Dreams, famous for circus arts in Europe and Broadway, the Chinese classical ballet show Netcracker Magic, as well as ice dance performances.

The Riyadh season is one of the 11 seasons of Kingdom entertainment throughout the year. Its goal is to transform the country into a tourist destination and offer residents and visitors unprecedented entertainment events, in accordance with Vision 2030's economic reform plan.
