While the Nubia Red Magic 3 arrived in May, ZTE's Nubia subsidiary officially unveiled its successor.
The new Nubia Red Magic 3S incorporates the latest technical specifications available on the market, including the Snapdragon 855 + processor, fast storage, a liquid cooling system as well as a fan cooling system. The only change observed in the design is the inclusion of the ventilation grille at the back of the phone, which now takes the form of the letter Y.
Aside from that, the new Nubia Red Magic 3S also comes with a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with FullHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. There are also two front speakers and a 16-megapixel front camera. As for the back, it has a 48 megapixel camera with a fingerprint sensor.
Above the fingerprint sensor, we have a new ventilation grille. Nubia is proud to be able to significantly improve the cooling system of the Nubia Red Magic 3S. According to the company, this should significantly cool the phone and reduce the processor temperature to 18 degrees Celsius. The sides of the phone also have touch buttons on the shoulders that can be reset in some games.
As already mentioned, the new Nubia Red Magic 3S also comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 + processor, 8GB or 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 internal memory. In addition, this phone is also equipped with a 5000 mAh battery that supports a fast charge of 27W. Regarding the operating system, the new Nubia Red Magic 3S is compliant with the Android 9 Pie system and the RedMagicOS 2.1 interface, but it is naturally eligible for the latest Android 10 update from Google .
The Nubia Red Magic 3S phone is already available for pre-registration but will not be officially launched until September 9th today in China. As for pricing, it will cost the equivalent of $ 419 for the 8GB / 128GB version and $ 531 for the 12GB / 256GB version.
