For the first time since 2009, the English Premier League clubs have the highest number of players on the list of the 11 best players of 2019.

The 11 best players in the world 2009 will be unveiled at the annual FIFA THEBEST ceremony.

For the first time in 10 years, the English clubs dominate the list of 55 players announced today by FIFA.
