The platform includes 35 services divided between submission and application tracking for beneficiaries, clinics, laboratory work, quarries and seasonal pilgrimage teams.

Al-Mushaiti noted that these services were part of the department's Digital Transformation Plan, which is helping to increase work efficiency, facilitate the demand for services to recipients and speed up procedures, and that the ministry will launch more services to fully automate his work.
