The agreement with the Ministry of Justice included the adoption of the governance model for property verification and verification of real estate identity before the courts and notaries of justice, with an average of 16 working days and a maximum of 26 days, as well as housing, at the stage of delivery of the cost of implementation of the infrastructure of the scheme, by specific stages and conditions. The TRA approves the detailed and operational plans for the establishment of the telephone network within (20) working days and the final acceptance within (15) working days.

The agreement with the National Water Company included the adoption of detailed and executive plans for water and sanitation work within (20) working days, and final acceptance within 15 days and with the Saudi Electricity Company for the adoption of detailed and executive plans for electrical work within 20 working days.
