Smouha's president, Farag Amer, revealed the name of the next coach to head the Egyptian national team, succeeding Mexican Javier Aguirre.
The Egyptian Football Federation has announced five candidates to the Egyptian national team, namely Hassan Shehata, Ehab Galal, Hussam Hassan, Ahmed Hossam Mido and Hussam Al-Badri.

Amer said through his account on the "Facebook" site: "All the evidence confirms that Ihab Galal is the next coach of Egypt."
"Hassan Shehata will be the technical director of the Egyptian Football Association," he said.
