He underlined the establishment of a selection mechanism for the members of the Committee through the application to the General Secretariat of the Commission, provided that the elections between candidates take place according to the voting mechanism determined by the Commission , while the owners of offices or engineering companies elect those who deem it appropriate during the election period.
Al-Shammari pointed out that the committee is formed in accordance with the decision of the board of directors, provided that the duration of its work is 3 years from the date of its creation and that the board of directors administration may extend beyond this period. At his first meeting.
