Foxconn violates Chinese labor laws to comply with the orders of the iPhone 11

The Chinese working group pointed out that Foxconn's factories violate Chinese law. As most of you know, Foxconn is the company charged by Apple to manufacture many of its products, including iPhones. Apple has conducted its own investigation and admitted that some claims were true, but not all.

The biggest problem mentioned in the report is that 50% of Foxconn's workforce consists of temporary workers, whereas Chinese law allows only 10%. Apple said it is working closely with Foxconn to solve the problem, but that sudden changes in the timing could affect the launch of new iPhones this year.

The report adds that Foxconn has asked workers to work overtime, although Apple's investigation revealed that all overtime was voluntary. However, some of the staff who worked overtime were trainees who were not allowed to do so. Apple explained that there were more students working overtime.

It seems that Foxconn is struggling to meet the amount promised by Apple with the new iPhone 11 Series. This could mean that Apple is expecting an increase in sales this year.
