An Ahli doctor reveals the extent of Ayman Ashraf's injuries

Khaled Mahmoud, doctor of Al-Ahli's first football team, revealed the extent of the injury suffered by defender Ayman Ashraf in today's match against Guinea's Kanoo Sport
