Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, sponsored Sunday the closing ceremony of the festival His Highness Camel in its second edition, on the camel racing grounds of the province of Taif.
After the Royal Peace Play, the last two breaks of the festival began and Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, President of the Sports Authority, gave a speech in which he thanked the leaders for the continued and considerable support of the athletes of the Kingdom and for its desire to develop the sports sector in all its fields.
He added that in its second edition, the festival had reached an advanced stage in terms of interest, monitoring and participation. This year, 13,377 rides played in 439 games, with 4,080 camel owners taking part.
