The commercial arm of Aramco is seeking oil products to be delivered immediately after attacks on the company's oil facilities, Reuters reported today, citing three commercial sources.
Two sources said that Aramco was inquiring about diesel delivery dates, while a third said the company could have bought two diesel deliveries, although that could not be confirmed immediately.
Earlier, energy consulting firm Energy Aspects said Saudi Arabia was about to become a major buyer of refined products after Saturday's attacks, which forced it to stop over the half of its oil and gas production.
Global markets are in a state of confusion after attacks on Aramco's facilities.
