Ronaldo reacts after watching a video of his dead father (video)

Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo sobbed after footage of his dead father during a televised interview with Pierce Morgan.

He was shown a Juventus star, a clip in which his father, Jose Dennis Aveiro, an alcoholic, died of liver failure in 2005 at the age of 52.

The Portuguese star did not have tears in her eyes, after the appearance of a video sequence of her father, and explained that the moment (the moment of the death of his father) was particularly moving for him.

When asked how his father spoke of his pride in his son's achievements, Ronaldo was impressed.

"I thought the interview would be funny, and I did not expect to cry, but I've never seen those pictures."

"I did not talk to my father, I could not have a normal conversation with him, it was difficult," Ronaldo said.

"I did not know my father 100%, he was an alcoholic," he said.

Ronaldo was only 20 when his father died.

Ronaldo, 34, is one of the best footballers in history. He has won several individual and group awards including the Golden Ball Award for Best Player in the World (five times) and the title of the Champions League (five times as well). And the Cup of Europe and the Championship of Europe.
