The new channel said that MBC's relationship with the Maghreb general public "is not a coincidence nor a birth today, but a long-standing relationship, which began with the launch of mbc1 in London. in 1991, where the group included and included in its ranks, on its screens and on its platforms, a selection of the best Maghreb experiences and its faces, on their diversity and their difference ".
The new channel announced that it was looking to invest in the best local production, to strengthen the market and to develop, under the common interest of the producers and directors and the abundant skills of the Maghreb, of On the one hand, and the chain, on the other. "
MBC explained that the launch of the channel "is in the interest of the national economies of the Maghreb countries, in terms of contributing to attracting investment in the media sector and stimulating the creation of new jobs, especially for young people, without forgetting the activation of the exchange of experiences and best practices between local, regional and global ".
At the launch of the channel, the director said that "there are three stages in which the programming of the channel is to reach its peak in the month of Ramadan," adding that "the content of the channel is the most important. broadcast includes a magical mix with a local combination, consisting of a series of factors and elements that are integrated to offer the best habits of the Maghreb MBC audience, but with a local Maghreb flavor, "said the new director chain.
