Kuwait renewed its solidarity with Saudi Arabia on Tuesday after Saturday's attacks on two oil installations owned by Aramco, stressing that it opposes anything that affects the security and stability of the Kingdom.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister called on the armed forces to prepare for the dangers and events that could lead to insecurity in the country.
The Kuwaiti news agency, citing Foreign Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Defense Minister, Sabal Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, at a meeting with leaders of the various sectors of the Kuwaiti armed forces led by the Chief of Staff, stressed the need for the utmost caution and vigilance and availability necessary to deal with all events likely to lead to disasters. Call on the leaders and men of Kuwait's armed forces to redouble their efforts to defend the country from any potential danger.
In addition, the agency said the meeting had examined the current situation and its developments, as well as their serious repercussions on the region.
Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah in a telephone conversation with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Monday condemned the sabotage of two Aramco factories in Abqaiq and Khurais, highlighting Kuwait's solidarity with the Kingdom facing these attacks.
