Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – 3 countries in the Gulf region were among the top 10 countries in the “Speed Test” Internet Speed Index in the world this month.
According to the report, Qatar ranked first in the Arab world and second in the world in April, based on the speed of downloading internet services over the cellular network, where the internet speed reached 84.81 megabytes per second.
The UAE also came in second place in the Arab world and fourth in the world, with an internet speed of 78.56 megabytes per second, followed by Saudi Arabia in third place in the Arab world and at tenth in the world, with a download speed of 55.71 megabytes per second.
The Speed Test Index publishes a report every month that ranks fixed and cellular Internet bandwidths around the world.
