The Met expects rains in 8 regions and their governorates from Thursday to Saturday

The Presidency of Meteorology and Environment expects thunderstorms to rain in parts of Saudi Arabia from next Thursday to next Saturday.

Expectations included Mecca, Medina, Tabuk, Hail, northern borders, Al-Jawf, eastern and Qassim. And the rains are getting heavy in some areas, while light to moderate in some.

In details, the commission released a detailed report on the names of the most important affected regions and governorates, as well as parts close to them.

In the Mecca area, I expected moderate to heavy rains accompanied by windy activity, dust raised, hail and torrential downpours. It also forecast moderate to heavy rains accompanied by activity in active winds and raised dust and hail on Friday and Saturday, and it includes Medina, Al-Ula, Khaybar, Al-Hanakiyah, Al-Eis and Wadi Al-Branch.

The Tabuk region also experiences moderate to heavy rains accompanied by windy activity, raised dust, hail and torrential rains, starting Thursday evening, and on Friday it becomes heavy, including Al -Wajh and Umluj. He also expected moderate rains accompanied by strong winds and dust on Friday, especially in Tabuk, Tayma, Duba and Haql.

In Hail, the “weather forecast” called for moderate to heavy rains, accompanied by windy activity and raised dust, and hail on Friday and Saturday, and includes hail, Baqaa and most of the governorates of the region.

Meteorology also expects the northern border region to experience moderate to heavy rains accompanied by windy activity and raised dust and hail on Friday and Saturday, especially in Arar and Rafha. He also expected light to moderate rains, accompanied by strong winds and dust raised on Friday in Tarif.

In Al-Jawf, I expected moderate to heavy rains, accompanied by activity in the winds, raised dust and hail on Friday, and includes Sakaka and Domat Al-Jandal. He also expected light to moderate rains, accompanied by strong winds and dust raised on Friday, and will include Qurayyat and Tabarjal.
