A question that calls for counter-questions, in particular: is it really an Arab phenomenon? And if so, is it limited to Arabs and not to others? To begin with, it is important to clarify that the use of the word phenomenon – to express the betrayal of some – has been imposed by the state of society and the Arab nation, which has suffered greatly from cases of betrayal within it since. the end of World War II, and this situation has spread over the past two decades, to become a seemingly normal phenomenon over the past decade. It is adopted by traitors to whims, such as mercenaries and agents, and the beneficiaries of terrorist groups, extremist political regimes and hostile states defend them. Perhaps the expansion and continuity of this phenomenon over the past decades, with the increase in the number of traitors in the Arab world, has made it more of an Arab phenomenon than a non-Arab phenomenon or a phenomenon under d ‘other names.
Far from rediscovering the past and talking about the phenomenon of betrayal which has cost the Arabs and the Arab world many tragedies, defeats and misfortunes, it is necessary to speak about this phenomenon in our time to warn of its danger, and denounce its owners who live among us, speak our language and know the sources of our strengths and weaknesses. Yes, the danger of the phenomenon of betrayal in the Arab world at present has become so great that it cannot be tolerated, nor ignored the presence of its owners, otherwise the consequences will be much greater than military defeats, or the occupation of part of Arab lands, or the exploitation of dear Arab capabilities to serve the interests of hostile groups and states.
Our Arab reality since the political and security chaos that occurred in some Arab countries in 2011 AD has revealed many facts, conspiracies and betrayals which were hidden and unknown, and has given us many lessons, lessons and benefits that we must reflect in order to face our reality and to better plan our future and that of our homeland. Ten years since the year, the political and security chaos has revealed many whims, mercenaries and agents, supporters of sedition and distraction and deviant ideology, supporters of extremist groups, terrorist organizations and countries hostile, and among those who seek the help of foreign countries from the exploiters of internal conditions and the state of Arab weakness to carry out their destructive program which achieves its goal The overthrow of Arab political regimes and the fragmentation of stable societies.
And if the Year of Chaos brought out traitors and enemies of the Fatherland, then the multiplicity of media and the widespread use and dissemination of social media exposed their plans, showed their intentions, and revealed their intellectual dependence and their political loyalty. Their expectations and expectations and wishes were very high, so they showed what they were cushioning, and they showed what was hiding their chest. But the reality was at odds with their expectations and reflected their expectations and disappointment, so they returned again to hide their destructive intentions and practiced their usual piety, waiting for a future in which their wishes and beliefs could be fulfilled. With this comeback, these traitors returned again to speak to the public about the importance of ignoring the hostile words and actions they had taken, and called for good reflection on their conversations and writings that defy the homeland and its unity, offend its rulers and symbols, mock its customs and traditions, diminish its achievements and achievements, and despise the worth of its citizens. Faithful; And they spoke to the general public about the importance of overcoming the serious mistakes they made in the rights of their homeland and their society, including their support and admiration for the enemies of their homeland and their society. Despite the clarity of all this, the question remains: why do some betray their homeland ?!
There can be several answers, including: The colonial state that some Arab societies went through left behind supporters, mercenaries and agents who made their loyalty outside; Or that the state of intellectual weakness of Arab societies made some of them influenced by foreign ideas and ideologies which influenced their orientations and led their political allegiances to depend on the outside, or that the state of weakness of certain societies Arabs prompted some to turn to more advanced and developed external models, which affected their political loyalty to be dependent on the exterior, or The state of political, sectarian and social division caused some people to seek support outside in order to gain more earnings at home, which led them to establish their loyalty abroad. There may be other reasons and causes, but it seems that all these reasons are not among them the main and most important cause of the phenomenon of betrayal in the Arab world, because in all these causes their owners are easily exposed. , the number of their followers decreases, and they disappear with the disappearance of these models which affect orientation and loyalty.
Despite the importance and relevance of research on these reasons, it appears that the main and most important reason for the phenomenon of betrayal among some Arabs is the indulgence of political security systems with those with deviant and deceptive intellectual orientations. , bringing them closer to those with ideological exclusionary propositions, exporting ignorant people of emotional rhetoric and religious slogans to the public, and silence on Supporters of admiration for hostile foreign role models and rulers, and their media exploiting the emergence of superficial clad in religion, so that all feel the most important class in society, and that they are the reason for the survival and stability of the political system, and that they are people of power and before others. And because they believed in all of this and were the best, they aspired to achieve power in any way and in any form, including helping the outside world in the direct betrayal of the homeland and of the society.
In conclusion, it is important to say that the elimination of the phenomenon of betrayal in the Arab world requires considerable action on the part of political regimes, starting with the recognition of their existence, and ending with tackling the causes. which lead to their existence as a phenomenon in the Arab world without other societies. All this is easy and possible if the owners of scientific disciplines, constructive thinking, and practical experience are truly seeking help in their respective fields, and there are many across the Arab world. Betrayal is a very dangerous behavior that fragments society and destabilizes stability, and it can all start with a word, spreading misleading rumors, disclosing political or security information, hiding facts and information from official authorities, demeaning nation, its achievements and status, offend the symbols of society and homeland, or the market. For hostile models, or sympathy with hostile groups, regimes and states, or cooperation with organizations aimed at the unity of society and stability of the homeland.
