Meteorology has also warned Mecca that it is witnessing moderate to heavy rains, accompanied by activity in surface winds, and decreased horizontal visibility, hail, and torrential rains, and it includes the state of Al-Kamil, Khalis and Rabigh, and will continue until 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
