US President Donald Trump has accused the big pharmaceutical companies of wanting to lose in the presidential election, and has not intentionally announced the success of their research on a vaccine against the corona virus before the election.
Trump said at a press conference on Friday: “The big pharmaceutical companies have launched a million dollar negative publicity campaign against my election campaign in which I won on an idea. We will determine the truth in this regard.”
He continued, “I got 74 million votes. The big pharmaceuticals, the media and the big tech companies were against us.”
Trump believed that the drug companies did not want him to win because he pursued policies to reduce drug prices.

He pointed to his criticism of the “Pfizer” company, saying that it had not announced the success of its virus vaccine tests before the election, because the announcement would have increased its chances of winning.
It should be noted that the announcement by the company “Pfizer” of the effectiveness of its vaccine against the Corona virus of about 90% on November 9, led to a revival of the US stock markets due to optimism investors.
Trump said the company deliberately delayed announcing the results, suggesting that the announcement affected the voting results.
