Apple has launched a program to replace iPhone 11 screens that experience touch issues for free.
The company has admitted that the iPhone 11’s phone screens, which were manufactured from November 2019 to May 2020, may no longer respond to direct transactions due to an issue with the unit responsible for displaying the screens. .
And Apple has asked users affected by this issue to check their phone’s serial number on the support page of the company’s website, to see if they are eligible for the free exchange or not.
The program only includes the iPhone 11 phone, not the iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max, and it also offers 3 options for those affected by this issue, namely find an Apple approved service provider, or schedule an appointment in one of the company’s stores, or contact the company’s support team and make an appointment with them if the user cannot leave the house.
