Mecca (echo):
A citizen of Makkah Al-Mukarramah expressed his shock by obtaining a building permit for his land which he received from the Ministry of Housing as part of the Granada plan.
The citizen explained that the municipality had refused to grant him a building permit on the pretext that there was a low pressure cable inside his land.
He said he went to the Housing Ministry with a complaint and that it had not been resolved for over three months.
