Two months after the discovery of the A15 phone, the Chinese company “OPPO” unveiled the A15s, and the device was detected on the Malaysian certification site SIRIM, in addition to IMDA in Singapore and EEC sites in Europe, indicating impending global release. The new tech reports have provided insight into its overall design, in addition to some key specs, as the device is apparently identical to the A15.
The only clear difference between the two devices is the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage in the A15, which is higher than the 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage in the standard A15.
The A15s has a 6.52in HD + display and the device is likely to see a processor upgrade, so it has a more powerful chipset which could also be MediaTek Helio.
The A15 may come with the same camera setup as the previous version, which includes a 13-megapixel main camera with a 2-megapixel macro camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera to the rear and a 5 megapixel front camera for taking selfies, and the battery capacity is 4230 mAh.
While there is no pricing or availability information for the Oppo A15s yet, it is possible that it will be priced similar to the previous version, which launched at $ 150.
