Lebanese artist and journalist Adel Karam appeared as a guest on the show (Peace Be Upon a Planet), presented by journalist Pierre Rabat, and during the episode, Rabat featured a photo of Charbel Ibn Karam of his wife, Rita Hanna, to talk about the news that spread some time ago about Karam’s neglect of his son and not seeing him and taking care of him.
Karam denied all this news, pointing out that: “her son is his beloved”, as he said, and that he lives with his mother, describing her as “the sweetest mother in the world”, and said he communicates with his son on a daily basis.
Karam added that a number of websites wanted to fish in the murky waters, and promoted the issue of the strained relationship between Karam and his son, and that he did not know what the reasons for these sites were.
During the episode, Karam spoke about his personal life and said that he is currently expecting his first child from his third wife, who is of Tunisian nationality.
Adel added that he would receive his daughter after about 4 months, and that he intended to call her Kim, to become “Kim Karam”, just as her father had wished, because he said that her father had dreamed all his life that he would have a daughter and called her Kim, except that he only had a son for that. The Lebanese journalist has decided to make his father’s dream come true.
Karam revealed that when he learned that the gender of his new child was female, the first thing that came to his mind was Lebanese singer Melhem Zein and the song (Nami A Al Hada), to surprise the directing the program, Karam got a call from Zain who gave him the song.
It is noteworthy that Adel Karam married three times, the first was Rita Hanna, the second did not appear publicly, and the third was Farida, who works in the cosmetics field:
