Today (Tuesday), the Interior Ministry announced the implementation of the death penalty for reprisals against one of the perpetrators in the governorate of Jubail, in the eastern region.
The ministry said the so-called Abdul-Malik bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Hamoud – a Saudi national – killed Farhan bin Mutlaq bin Dhaifallah Al-Anzi – a Saudi national – by stabbing him several times with a knife, which led to his death due to a disagreement between them.
She added that the security authorities had succeeded in arresting the aforementioned author and that the investigation carried out with him had resulted in him being accused of having committed his crime and in referring him to the Tribunal. What was legally decided and confirmed of its authority against the aforementioned author.
She confirmed that the death sentence had been carried out as a punishment for the author, today, Tuesday 05/14/1442 AH, in the governorate of Jubail in the eastern province.
The Interior Ministry noted that he is announcing this to confirm to all the determination of the Government of the Guardian of the Two Holy Mosques – may God protect him – to establish security, obtain justice and implement the decisions of God in all who violate the safe and spill their blood, and at the same time warn anyone who begs him to take such a thing that the rightful punishment will be Destiny.
