Abdul Hafeez said Nigerian Ajay will return to group training within 3 weeks.
He added that the player is undergoing a treatment and rehabilitation program to recover from the ankle injury he suffered weeks ago in the African Champions League final against Zamalek.
While Angolan Giraldo returns to group training within 10 days.
Geraldo suffers from a calf muscle injury.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Wadi Degla in the fourth round of the championship next Friday.
