The beginning was for Hatem Zulfikar, in the field of art on stage, which had a big role in the weight of the talent of the young artist, then he turned to the cinema and thanks to his mastery of the roles of the badly, he made his way to stardom at lightning speed, especially after his role in the films “Antar Shail His Sword, the Ghoul, the Slaughterhouse.” “.
The big star was unable to protect himself from “drug addiction”, which brought him into police custody three times, including in 1987 and he was sentenced to one year in prison and a fine. of 500 pounds, and he was arrested for drug abuse and trafficking in 1994 and 1995, and he was acquitted of the case.
Hatem Zulfikar entered a cycle of sadness after producers and his friends gradually moved away from him, in addition to his marriages failing due to drugs, the most famous of which was his separation from the artist, Noura then decided to quit the addiction and seek treatment in a hospital, according to the Al-Watan newspaper.
“Hazar started out with bad friends under the guise of trying this, you will let your mood go and know how to work.” Words Hatem Zulfikar described, his beginnings in drug use in a TV interview, “I found it to be a malicious disease, I decided to quit, I mean with my money and myself. insulting myself, I was dealing with big merchants that I got paid on them, and I continued to deal with a lower level ”.
In 1998, he went to perform Hajj after he quit using drugs, “tolerances around the world have been restored”, and in February 2012, Hatem Zulfiqar died inside his home, after his family found him about 3 days after his death for not having answered their phone calls, and under the private funeral marquee. At the time, the art people were not present, with the exception of the Actors’ Union of the time, Ashraf Abdel Ghafour and three others.
The great artist left a balance of more than 90 works of art between dramatic, cinematic and theatrical works, including such series as “Words of Man, Winds of Fear, Al-Dogari 90, The Way of the Mirage” , and among the films he’s been in, “Devil’s Island, Khritit, Teacher and Professor, Foxes, Dancer and Satan Oh, and uh sherbet, slakhah girls, apartment owner suicide.”
