Abdel-Hamid declared during his animation of the program “Public Opinion”, broadcast on the Egyptian channel “Ten TV”, that she was a candidate for Ahmed Zaki to play the main role in the film “Love in the Dungeon” , produced in 1983 and directed by her husband, Mohamed Fadel. .
She explained that after contracting the film she was surprised in the newspapers that he would start filming the artwork, but after the championship was awarded to both Adel Imam and the late artist Souad Hosni.
She added that the news afflicted Ahmed Zaki with a psychological crisis, and he sat down crying severely, as the film was intended for Adel Imam at the end.
