Al-Marsad Journal: The Discipline and Ethics Committee announced that Mohamed Al-Owais, the goalkeeper of the Al-Ahly club, had been suspended for two matches and had to pay a fine of 20,000 riyals.
The committee clarified that Al Owais had violated Article 48-2-2 and that he had been suspended for two matches in all official matches in which he was entitled to participate.
The disciplinary committee also decided to punish the head of the Al-Qadisiyah club, Khaled Al-Morshoud, after verbal insults were proven against the Al-Ahly guard, and where the committee decided to tighten the sanction in accordance with article (39-4) and suspend him for three matches and make him pay a fine of twenty thousand riyals, and the decision is not subject to appeal.
In addition, Al-Qadisiyah club manager Muhammad Al-Saleh was suspended for a match and forced to pay 10,000 riyals for insulting a player from the Al-Ahly team.
